Hi, I'm Micky.

Micky Made It started in 2019 when my son was still very young. Becoming a parent made me rethink a lot of things. I realised I wanted my son to grow up seeing that it's possible to pursue the things that matter to you and to build a life around the things that you genuinely care about.

I'm trained in photography, but I've always been drawn to making things with my hands. Light, colour and translucency continue to fascinate me, and much of my work begins with a curiosity about materials and how they behave.

I'm inspired by science fiction & fantasy. I adore things that feel otherworldly or magical, I also have a soft spot for aged weathered surfaces and the small details that often go unnoticed. I love experimenting, solving creative problems and creating objects that can be worn, carried and become part of someone's story.

Everything you see here is designed and made by me in my UK studio. Over the years, my work has found homes with people around the world, something I'm deeply grateful for.
