I hope you love your piece, but if it’s not quite right, returns are accepted on eligible items.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:
- unworn
- unused
- returned in their original packaging and condition
How to return an item
Please email hello@mickymadeit.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracked shipping is recommended, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Handmade nature of the work
All pieces are made by hand, and subtle variations in colour, surface or finish may naturally occur from piece to piece. These variations are part of the individuality of handmade work and are not considered faults.
